BTW, I got a new camera. It’s pretty sweet. My old digital one had something wrong with the autofocus. Oh well. My new one has panoramic mode. It’s pretty awesome I love it :)

I’m so sorry I haven’t posted anything in like a billion years it feels like.. I’ve actually been busy for once! I’ve been working a lot. OH CRAP. speaking of work, I didn’t get my paycheck today WTF!!! Must ask tomorrow for it or I’m going to riot!

Anyways, yeah I’ve been working a lot and so I haven’t really had the time. I mean I’ve had the time but whenever I have days off I went to Katy to hangout with my boyfriend and friends, then it’s time to work again blah blah blah..

How’s everyone’s summers going? Great, I hope! Mine’s going great! Just sucks that it’s almost over though… It’s exactly 1 month until school starts again. BOOOO! That’s okay.. Aug 5th I go to Canada with my friend Camille until the 17th of Aug then 23rd of Aug school starts. Oh, and my last day of work is the 4th of Aug so it’s all coming quick! I have one more week of work then no more standing around for 5-6 hours! My feet are seriously getting exhausted because of this. But that’s okay. I do a little calf workouts while I have nothing to do lol… I know, I’m weird.

My new apartment is finally feeling like home to me now! My room is 95% complete but my bathroom has like two boxes still of crap I don’t even know what it is.. Other than that, that’s okay I guess. The living room is done. The only room that’s not complete yet is the dining. I have nothing on the walls except for a small group of mirrors but it just feels a bit odd with a group of mirrors on the wall like that. I feel like there should be something else.. Idk i’ll figure it out with my roomies when they move in! :)

I wore these cute new heels I got from my mom and went out to this club with my boyfriend. Got a cute outfit on and everything and we left early because we were tired and I had to work the next day..

On the way out, I almost completely ate it in a huge pile of mud.. Thanks to my boyfriend’s hand I was holding, I didn’t eat it completely. 

Everyone probably thought I was drunk lol. Didn’t even have a drop of alcohol that night. Cops were there too.

I still feel embarrassed :/

So, one of my two roommates, Deborah was in town to move most of her bedroom furniture in. I had a BLAST. She came in on Sunday evening/afternoon-ish with her dad and unloaded the u-haul she had and ended up unloading eeeeeverything in there which was a lot. We didn’t think we’d finish it all in just a couple of hours. We’re pretty awesome.

Anyways, she left this morning at 9ish and now I’m back to being at my apartment alone. Going to work and come back home to an empty apartment. At least I have exactly a month until both my roommates come here and live with me! :) 

I’ve decided that my new favorite color is red. It wasn’t really a choice actually lol I just started collecting red stuff unconsciously. Red laptop, red phone case, red sheets, red curtains.. everything! I no longer own anything purple in my bedroom anymore.. just my towels now haha. 

HELL YEAH!

Spain won and I can’t be anymore excited. I jumped up at the one goal Spain made and almost sprained an ankle and almost did something terrible to my knee too but at that point I don’t think I wouldn’t care if something bad like that happened to me because if I died or something then.. I died happy! hahaha..

Anyways, GREAT world cup, no? Paul the octopus is right! Ha! My boyfriend’s SOOOOO pissed Spain won lol. Its ok. He’ll get over it….. maybe lol :)

Besides Ellen Degeneres and Elton John..

Someone who calls you a best friend and don’t invite you to parties or what not anymore just because she ASSUMES that I’m always at my apartment downtown, which is true but most of the time when she tells me “oh, I thought you’d be at your apartment” I’m actually in Katy.

I dislike people who assumes.

She tells me she’s trying to hangout with me more. She tells me it’s hard because of her work hours and summer school and studying. But what do I find out? She hangs out with everyone else BUT me. What the hell, right? I don’t get it! 

She tells me she wanted to come visit my new apartment and even help out. I think she was just saying that just to seem like she’s trying. If she wants this friendship to hit reset, then she should try harder! I know communication goes both ways but she’s the one who started all this. I mean yeah sure I’ll try and text her but I’m pretty sure all I’m going to get is “I’m tired” or “I have to study” or whatever excuse she’s going to come up with. 

I mean, what am I supposed to do? I don’t want to shut her out but I know eventually she and I won’t be as close as we were like.. 3 months ago. 

She has time to hangout with her sorority sisters, but not me.

Losing a best friend is so hard. You know, too bad she was the best friend I’ve ever had. My previous best friend.. passed away. Now I have two best friends to miss.

Should I? Or should I not?

went to IKEA for the 2nd time this year (so far). fell in love. again. and now my apt is almost complete! yay! all i need to do is put these things together then just put pictures up on the walls and empty out two boxes for my closet area and i’m doneeeeeee!!
